Where do you ship from?

How are digital products delivered?

E-books, manuals, and courses are delivered digitally after checkout. Check your email (including spam) for access instructions.

What is the Facial Scanning System?

FACIAL.SCAN is the first anatomy-based facial scanning app in the lash industry, built by the lash community, for the lash community. It scans, measures, and maps lash designs engineered to each client's facial anatomy. It's a monthly subscription you can manage anytime from your account.

How should I store my lash adhesive?

Store adhesive upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the cap tightly sealed. For best retention, replace opened adhesive every 4-6 weeks and shake well before each use.

What is your return policy?
